3. Are LinkTags compatible with all phones?
LinkTags work with most modern smartphones that have NFC enabled. iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and most Android phones support this feature.

4. Can I customise what the LinkTag does?
Yes. Just tell us what you want it to do when a customer taps it — we’ll program it before shipping.

5. Can I update the link later?
Currently, standard LinkTags are pre-programmed and not re-writable. If you need re writable or trackable tags, contact us for a custom solution.

6. Are LinkTags Eco-friendly?
Yes. Our tags are made using PAL — a biodegradable plastic made from renewable sources — and we minimise packaging waste wherever possible.

7. How long do LinkTags last?
They’re durable and designed to last for years under normal use. They don’t need charging or batteries.
